He bought the CENTURY 21 franchise in 1980 to further the company’s success with national advertising, recognition, worldwide referrals, education and training for the agents. Ed and his wife Gail sold CENTURY 21 Circa 72 to Steve DeStefano in 1989, remaining with the company as a Broker specializing in Commercial/Industrial Real Estate; and he also sells land and homes. Ed and his wife Gail sold CENTURY 21 Circa 72 to Steve DeStefano in 1989, remaining with the company as a Broker specializing in Commercial/Industrial Real Estate; and he also sells land and homes. Ed is a member of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®, served on the State Building Committee, Board of Directors on the Concord Board of REALTORS®, Professional Standards Committee, Multiple Listing Service Committee and By-Laws. Although he he passed in September of 2022 he is always with us.
