1972, Ed and Gail Matulaits established Century 21,
Circa '72, Inc. Ed and Gail are Realtors that
remain with the company, however in the spring of 1989, Steve
DeStefano purchased Century 21 Circa '72, Inc.
and has expanded upon the success that Ed and Gail initiated.

Currently we are advertising in the Concord Monitor, Bow Times, Manchester Union Leader and the Real Estate Book. Methods of advertising will vary so that the company can take advantage of the ever-changing real estate market. We have the reliability of being a Century 21 office, with a large staff of full-time Realtors as well as support staff. established in 1973 by Priscilla Thompson. Priscilla, a Realtor,
is still active with the company today after over 25 years

this office in 1994. We have a sales staff of 14 associates,
